It has an upright, semi-compact and moderate growth rate which makes this a great accent shrub or the perfect hydrangea for a container planting.
Care & Suggestions for Fuji Waterfall Hydrangeas
It’s important to have a high nutrient rich soil to plant your Hydrangea in. Keep a routine watering schedule in place when your Hydrangea is first establishing a new root structure as well. Hydrangea’s thrive as under story plantings. A 50/50 mix of sun and shade are the ideal locations. Pruning a Hydrangea is best done in the Summer after the first flowers have died off.
